About Weapons

Can I make a weapon who technically is not a weapon (he transforms into something else) the exact form he would have is a scooter form, can that be done?

I'd rather you not, since the weapon forms were created by the witches a long long time ago and genetically passed down, so I don't see how they'd know to create such things. You could always just create and item like Death the Kid's flying skateboard though. Just submit it.

I was planning on making a scooter weapon if it was okay... but who are you?

Ignoring that comment, the answer to the question is, no, it doesn't follow the storyline on how weapons came to be so I can't see that working, mainly since weapons were created over 800 years ago, scooters weren't around back then, and it was never stated if witches still knew how, but it sounds unlikely.

1. Is it okay that my characters Oca and Luna are two guns, and they can combine together to make a sword?
2. If yes, can they be a Holy Sword, sisters to Excalibur? If they can't they'll just a be a regular sword then.

3. Can my Meister Olivia be a daughter of Medusa, or is that not allowed? If she can be a daughter, can she also control snakes?

Sorry, I daydream about Soul Eater a lot.
