Has yellow-red eyes and painted black fingernails, black eyeliner around his eyes. His hair is straight down, every inch dyed purple with lime green bangs covering his left eye, no hair on any other parts of his body unless you want to go looking.(Height, weight, face, body, ECT)

Clothing: A black sleeveless shirt with a huge skull on the front over his torso, black baggy pants and black-and-purple skating shoes. Has earring all the way around his ears, and nosering on his left nostril, and rings on his middle, weak, and pinky fingers only on his left hand. There is a spiked collar around his neck and spiked bracers on his wrists.

Personality: Hates almost everything and everyone. Mostly because they remind him or laugh at him because of what he is. When someone doesn't laugh, which is rare, he might trust them and care abuot them. He keeps that a secret of course. If someone wants to mess with him, he'll reply with a "F*ck you!" and leave.

History: Being a Demon Weapon is everyone's dream, right? Thst's what Dylan thought when he was a small child. Having more than one form-phenominal! Wow, things are gonna be cool. Then Dylan turned fourteen. He can turn into "Gentleman's Weapons". Pah! More like "Pussy Weapons" to Dylan. So Dylan turned himself into the exact opposite of a gentleman. You might call him a punk. His parents say this and enrolled him at Shibusen so he could learn to behave. Well, it didn't help. There were just more people making fun of him. What does Dylan do? He just ignores them, saying "What good are those f*ckers? They any better?". Well, to prove ghimself he needs a techinician((or meister, wahtever you want to call)) to wield him. The thing is, so far no one doesn't laugh at him. Not that Dylan cares at all. He can just stay in Death City for as long as he feels like it.

Combat Style: Mid to long range fighter.

Soul Resonance Techniques: Gentleman's Warfare(Dylan turns into a ten-barreled musket that fires two rounds of wavelength from each. User is weaker slightly, Dylan loses his revolver form for three posts)

Rasher's right, don't worry, theres actually a demon weapon that collected all 100 by himself in the anime, and he's quite renown for it.

Not only that, quite a few weapons work better on there own. You don't have to have a meister to become Death Scythe (Mimiu just said that) the name of the death scythe who has no partner is Justin Law.

Yes, but most tools are better with a mesiter, since you can only have one form transformable.

The souls eaten thing. I did say he's gotten a few suspensions for it, which adds to the whole punk theme.

Uh...its actually decently hard to get a meister without already having a few souls ingested before hand, it kind of proves your useful on your own and with them, helps them find you worth using, though as a tool it can be harder if your transformable part sucks, like Tsubaki's is only her hair, which obviously limits her greatly on her own.
