Upper Body Clothing: A dark grey jacked with fur in the hood. Unzipped exposing chest and stomach. Cuff on right side is frayed, elbow on right side is ripped.
Lower Body Clothing: Faded blue jeans with a rip on the right knee, and one in the right hip. The right duff is frayed, and there are a few skid marks on the right shin. Silver belt with jagged teeth pointing downwards. The pants are worn tilted so the right part is below the hip, while the left is above.
Shoes: Large boots with steel heels and toes. Laces on right shoe are frayed.
Accessories: A pinky ring with saw teeth (except on the part that touches his ring finger).
Upper Body Armor: Metal bracers on his wrists underneath the jacket.

Personality: Shawn wants to be the definition of “Manly”. He loves wood working, drinking, sports, and above all, parties. Besides being manly, Shawn loves to party. He likes listening to loud music, getting drunk, and dancing. Shawn will do anything that makes him look manlier, even if it is incredibly stupid. He is therefore not considered very bright.

History: Shawn was born into a family of, essentially, power tools. His whole family was weapons, his dad was a hammer, and his mom was a drill. His sister was a screw, and his brother was a sander. Consequently, Shawn was raised to be a useful weapon.
When Shawn was 2, he crawled into a shallow pond by their house. Being an infant, he did not know how to swim, and started to drown. This was the first time his powers as a weapon kicked in. Saw appeared on his feet and span wildly, making the water splash and spray about. This alerted his parents who saved him, but from that day forward, Shawn has been afraid of water.
Shawn lived happily with his family after that, training to be a weapon, and spending his free time being a young boy, getting into trouble and things of that sort. However, when he was 9, an unexplained fire engulfed the house. Shawn’s room was on the far end of the house. He heard his parents screaming and tried to rush to their aid. However, he was stopped by a wall of fire and was unable to reach them. He listened to their dying screams and they were charred to death. He left the house and sat by watching it, waiting for his parents to make a miraculous escape and come to him. They never did. His sibling were older and had already gone off to school, so Shawn spent that whole day alone, staring at the charred remains of his home, until the villagers came up the mountain side to help. Shawn now held a fear of both fire and water, an odd and somewhat problematic phobia indeed.
When Shawn turned 12 he was sent to Shibusen to find a meister and carry out the Shinigami’s tasks. This is his first year.

Combat Style: Saws are created on Shawn’s feet. These are used to move around quickly (like roller skates) and can be used to attack with kicks. Shawn attacks by spinning rapidly and doing flips in the air. This makes his attacks strong and fast, but reduces his mobility.

Stand Alone Techniques:
Roaring Bear: Shawn does a flip in the air once, and then brings his head down to connect with the enemy while the saw Mohawk is spinning.
Roaring Tiger: Shawn spins around and raises one leg to attack his enemy with the blade on his foot.
Roaring Lion: Shawn jumps and does a flip in the air; he then brings his foot down to cut the enemy with the saw.
Roaring Wolves: Shawn does a series of side flips, allowing him to attack with both feet and move forward. Feet come in steady intervals and so a constant guard must be kept up.
Roaring Dragon: Shawn jumps up and does a front flip while also rotating his body around a vertical axis. He then comes from above with his feet together while spinning. This gives a drill like aspect to the attack, making it very destructive and difficult to block. However it is a bit difficult to aim.

Non Soul Based Techniques:
Corkscrew: Shawn punches his opponent with one arm, rotating the fist through the punch. This is effective at breaking through guards and can be reinforced by Shawn’s wavelength for extra damage.

Form #1: Disc Blade: A blade only, can be thrown, or rotated about a finger. Not very strong, difficult to defend with, but can be moved quickly. 3 can be created; if 2 are created the saws are larger. If one is created the saw isn’t larger, but the saw’s teeth are diamond tipped.
Form #2: Radial Arm: The saw is mounted on an arm that can then be held by the user. This allows the used more control over the saw, and allows stronger attacks. However, it is still difficult to block with. 2 can be created, but if only one is created, the arm is longer, and the blade is bigger.
Form #3: Table Saw: The saw is mounted in a large piece of metal. It is only exposed on one side. This form required two hands to use, and is very cumbersome. However, it makes a great shield, the blade is diamond tipped and can therefore cut weapons.

no one could stand his manlieness, and it would be hard to act manly as a kid, but i guess ill remover teh drinking and lower the age if you want...

I don't think theres an announced drinking age in the anime, actually Fwink, its more of when the character wants to as far as I can see it.

he could be a teacher too if thats fine, cuz there arnt really any teachers yet, ill just add some eaten souls on.

Make him a Death Scythe for now, he got it on his own, just boost his age a bit and we'll say your the current guardian/teacher, if you want to do that, as long as you stay responsible. If so, I'd gladly be okay with Blizt's new person he's been talking about.

if you guys need some story he can attack shibusen singlehandedly, and then decide working there would be a better idea after he gets his @$$ handed to him, that might be a good idea to give the new students something to do.
